Kasai Rinkai Aquarium

Kasai Rinkai Aquarium, run by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government inside Kasai Rinkai Park, is one of Tokyo's most accessible large-scale aquarium visits. It displays more than 500 species, and its signature exhibit 'Voyagers of the Sea' is a 2,200-ton donut-shaped tank where Pacific bluefin tuna and other large ocean fish circle at speed. One of Japan's largest penguin exhibits and displays focused on Tokyo's nearby seas give the aquarium a strong educational and family appeal without sacrificing spectacle.
