Shimane Aquarium Aquas is a large aquarium inside Iwami Seaside Park on the Sea of Japan coast. It is best known for its beluga whales and the trademarked 'Lucky Bubble Ring,' but the broader visit also includes the Myth Sea zone, the Penguin Building, and sea lion and seal programs, with roughly 400 species and 10,000 animals on display.

- About 16 minutes by Iwami Kotsu bus from JR Hamada Station on a bus bound for JR Gotsu Station, then get off right at Aquas-mae, or about 12 minutes on foot from JR Hashi Station.
