Nakagawa Aquatic Park is Tochigi's only aquarium and one of Japan's more unusual freshwater-focused facilities. Built around the Naka River and rivers from around the world, it combines the Amazon Great Tank, local freshwater exhibits, outdoor activity areas, and a broad park setting that makes it feel larger than an aquarium alone.
